Back...

I had a very good vacation. As I have blogged before, I am highly in favor of them. The trickiest part of course is the return from vacation where you have to quickly decide what should take priority among the things that are awaiting you on your return from the vacation. Our oldest daughter got to walk in her college graduation (she has two more courses to complete this month and then will have the degree), I played in a golf tournament that honored the memory of one of our closest friend's daughters - and I played two other rounds of golf besides that one. We had dinner with some high school friends and spent time with family members. The only part I would complain about was the weather in June in Connecticut - too darn cold for my liking. It doesn't take long for you to appreciate the warmth of Florida - year 'round. So I'm back on the blogosphere. I am anticipating the upcoming General Synod meeting in Grand Rapids and I hope to blog daily from there in a few weeks time.
